You can withdraw any amount from your Jawwal Pay wallet at any time from our network of authorized agents as long as:

• Your account balance is sufficient.
• You have the full Jawwal Pay wallet.

• Go to the Jawwal Pay wallet authorized service agent closest to you.
• Select “Cash Out” from the main menu of your Jawwal Pay wallet.
• Select the authorized agent’s name from your list or scan his QR code.
• Enter the amount you wish to withdraw which will be deducted from your account.
• Enter the Jawwal Pay wallet’s  PIN code.
• Confirm the transaction.
• You will receive an image of the transaction receipt and a confirmation of the transaction’s success. 
   

• You should have a Full Jawwal Pay wallet account to be able to cash out.
• Make sure that there is a sufficient balance in your wallet to complete the transaction.
