Verifying all details of financial transactions is the responsibility of the user noting that information verification is required at different stages of the process for any transaction by the application. In case of an error, call customer service and submit a request for follow-up for the transaction.

24. Is it possible to make payments or request a statement of account through the Jawwal Pay wallet during the evening?

Yes. The use of the application and services is not connected to any specific time or location according to the announced provisions of use.

25. What do I have to do if I lost or forgot the password for entering Jawwal Pay?

There is an option in the application from which you can reset the password.
