31. Can I receive a printout of the transactions carried out through the Jawwal Pay? How?

Yes. It is possible to print it, share it, or save it through the application.

32. How do I know if there is an update to the Jawwal Pay, such as new services or an update to the application?

An update is sent directly to the application on your mobile phone. Notices of the new services and offers will be sent to your phone.

33. Will I be charged for messages I receive form the Jawwal Pay wallet or the application?

No. They are free.

34. Can I keep my money in my wallet account? Do I lose it after a certain period?

Of course. Your money is safe as long as it is in the wallet. You can withdraw it within the announced rules and provisions. 

35. How can I send money outside Palestine?

This service is not available at present according to instructions from the Palestine Monetary Authority.

36. Do I have to have a bank account to open a Jawwal Pay wallet?

Having a bank account is not a requirement to establish a Jawwal Pay wallet.

37. Is there a minimum limit for the balance in the Jawwal Pay wallet account?

No. However, you cannot charge the wallet with less than 1 Shekel to enjoy the Jawwal Pay wallet services. 

38. Why are information, data, and documents requested when opening a wallet?

According to instructions from the Palestine Monetary Authority, information and documents are requested for:

  • Verifying the user’s identity for the application so that the user can enter the wallet account and benefit from the services.
  • Identifying the user when he returns to use the application every time and to prevent fraud.
39. What languages are available in the application?

The application is available in Arabic and English.

40. What happens if I entered the wrong PIN code?

If the PIN code was entered wrongly three times in a row, it is suspended and the user will not be able to use the application and perform financial transactions through the wallet. Call customer service to reset you PIN code.
