There is no delivery service for cards but you can obtain a MasterCard (electronic) at Jawwal sales points and showrooms.

57. Can I withdraw cash from the card or pay at sales points?

The card is used for online shopping only. Hence, it is not usable at sales points and ATMs.

Payment fees depend on the locations and commissions charged by international payment companies.

You can acquire two active cards at a time or two cards within a month.

60. Can the card be recharged?

The card cannot be recharged. New rechargeable cards will be launched soon.
