All you have to do is to identify the recipient by one of the following options :

• Selecting them from the contacts list 
• Selecting them from your favorite list.
• Entering the recipient’s mobile phone number.
• Scanning the QR code.
• Entering the user’s Alias name.

After that, enter the money amount and send it directly without a middleman or complication, securely and smoothly.

• From your wallet’s main menu, press “Money Transfer”
• Enter the recipient’s information
• Enter the money amount you wish to transfer
• Enter your wallet’s PIN code
• Confirm the transaction
• You will receive a verification code indicating the transaction’s success and an image of the transaction receipt. 
• You will also receive an SMS with the transaction information.
• Make sure there are sufficient funds in your wallet to complete the transfer.
• In case the recipient does not have a Jawwal Pay wallet, they will receive an SMS informing them of the amount transferred. They can then go to the nearest agent to activate his wallet and receive the amount in it within 14 days.
• In case the recipient does not claim the amount within 14 days, the full amount with the deducted fees will be returned to the sender.
