To enjoy the various e-payment services offered by Jawwal Pay wallet, such as sending and receiving money, bills payment, mobile top up, etc,  you should first create your own account, and then activate your wallet in two ways:

• Self-registration through Jawwal Pay application, where all you have to do is adding the required information and then activate your "Light wallet".
• By visiting the nearest authorized agent of Jawwal Pay

For the purposes of opening a Full wallet with Jawwal Pay, you will need to submit the following requirments: 

• Palestinian / Jerusalem ID
• An active mobile phone number registered with any of the network operators in Palestine
• Each user may only open one Jawwal Pay wallet account for each ID number, and 2 wallet accounts across all payment companies in Palestine
• User acknowledges that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate

Upon registering with Jawwal Pay through an authorized agent, and after completing all the registration requirements, checking and approving the user application to create a full wallet, the user will receive an SMS informing him that his application has been approved and his full wallet is active, so he can enjoy all the services of Jawwal Pay wallet.

• All financial transactions in the Jawwal Pay wallet are performed in Shekels (ILS).
• All financial transactions are done within the limits specified by the Palestine Monetary Authority.
