Full Wallet registration:

• Download Jawwal Pay Wallet app
• Register new account
• Fill in the required information 
• Upload a copy of your ID with the annex
• Read and accept terms and conditions
• The account will be activated with a light wallet that expires after 30 days.
• To enjoy full services of Jawwal Pay Wallet please visit one of our agents and upgrade your wallet to full wallet.

Light Wallet registration:

• Go to the nearest authorized Jawwal Pay services agent.
• Provide the agent with the required information and signed documents to have full wallet.
• Through Jawwal Pay application: enter your mobile number and password.
• Be sure to sign the KYC request and read and accept Jawwal Pay terms and conditions
• Your application will be reviewed, your wallet account will be activated and you will be notified.
