A Guide to the General Terms and Conditions for Subscribing to “Jawwal Pay” Services
This agreement includes the terms and conditions governing the user's utilization of Jawwal Pay services, and is considered a binding contract between the user and the National Electronic Payment Company as the company providing electronic payment services. Signing it is an acknowledgment by the user of his acceptance of these terms and conditions, which can also be viewed through the National Electronic Payment Company’s website (www.JawwalPay.ps) or on Jawwal Pay application, or that are available at dealers and service delivery points.
The user of the Jawwal Pay e-wallet can benefit from the following payment services through the application:
The maximum limit for the affiliate wallet account is $500 per month, or its equivalent in other currencies, and it is considered part of its e-wallet’s ceiling. The maximum limit for cash withdrawals and all payment and transfer operations is $500 per month, or its equivalent in other currencies.
Jawwal Pay obtains the user's consent to access their contacts and location for the purpose of transferring funds using the mobile device and/or identifying the nearest agent/merchant to the user. Jawwal Pay does not store any personal information related to contacts or locations obtained after the wallet's usage is completed. Additionally, it does not collect, use, or disclose contacts or locations for any other purpose.
Each account has one secret code through which the user can access the account, and the user only has the right to use the mobile device and the secret code related to his account in Jawwal Pay services
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), represent the agreement concluded between the National Company for Electronic Payment, operating under the trademark (Jawwal Pay) (“the company”, “we”), which is located in (Palestine, Ramallah, Al-Masyoun, PRICO Building, and licensed by the Palestinian Monetary Authority,) and You as the Cardholder (“You”, “Cardholder”, “User”), where You acknowledge that the MasterCard e-shopping card is a prepaid card owned by the Company (“Electronic Shopping Card”) and you must protect it from loss, theft and illegal use because it represents an electronic personal money wallet and that you are the cardholder and the owner of the cardholder and the person whose name is associated with it, and you agree to these terms and conditions when you purchase it and / or start using it.
