14. Is using the application for financial transactions safe?

The company uses innovative and secure electronic payment systems and follows the highest levels of security available and implemented worldwide in financial transactions to preserve the privacy of user information. For example, the system requires the user to enter their PIN code at every payment or transfer transaction.

15. Are there any monthly or annual fees to maintain my wallet account and keep it active?

No. Fees are paid only when you withdraw or transfer funds from one wallet to the other. Fees appear when performing any transaction through the Jawwal Pay wallet.

16. Can I have more than one wallet account?

According to the Palestine Monetary Authority instructions, you can have one wallet account connected to your identity card number.

17. How will user complaints be addressed and solved?

Jawwal Pay provides users with different means to communicate with the company, including the customer service number (1 700 555 555) and messages through Facebook, Messenger, and Chatbox.

18. Is the call using the customer service number free?

Using the customer service number 1700555555 to call is not free. It is the cost of a normal call. 

 

19. What happens if I lost my mobile phone which has the Jawwal Pay service?

You should inform the Company immediately so your wallet can be suspended temporarily. The wallet can be transferred to another mobile, transferring the balances and other information.

20. Can I use the service when there is no communication balance in the mobile phone?

Yes, you can. The phone balance is different from that of the wallet
